A place to learn a new language, the Koehler Method of Dog Training, which is an entire language of communication between owner(s) and their dog. Let the journey begin.
Is it OK to do the stand with the negative place on the table? Sofie was bothered by the bugs, I noticed my right foot isn't forward enough, does Sofie's head have to be in line with her body like it was in the stack stand puppy exercise?
You know, you can lower these Place Boards closer to the ground which will make these exercises WAY easier?
On the Stack Stand, everything is the same as what you learned in Mannerly Puppy. Good for you using your right forearm to get her head up above her shoulders so she can't drop it and break. Careful with your leash pressure. You are pulling UP which means Sit. Instead, pull forward slightly with leash pressure UNDER her chin. Critical to the dog.
You can also do the Negative Space on the ground (if cool enough to do so).
