Hi. Happy New Year! We took a break over the weekend. So busy visiting Mike's family. Hadn't seen his sister and her husband since BEFORE COVID!! Crazy!! Had Megan throwing the ball in the air right in front of Sofie with Chester very close by. We will continue to do the same tomorrow night. I return to work tomorrow. UGH!! Did you post Lesson 5 exam? Just want to see what we need to do. Thanks!! Nancy Roxanne, I cannot believe all that you have accomplished in 2022!! Way to go!! Congratulations!!
Nancy, LOL, the ball moving is not 'torture', it is called self-control. You CAN have Megan or Sean stand at the end of the K-9 boards and bounce the ball while Sofie is doing her retrieves.
Megan CAN give Chester commands, "Chester, Sit" is a perfect distraction.
It is more important you go lower to just above the board, than get the 12" retrieve distance. Shorten the distance so you can bend more closely to the squishy board.
