Hope this video comes through. Longer than usual. She wasn't responding as well tonight, even with EC's inside ear. Megan was there and throwing the ball in the air a few feet in front of her. As you know, Sofie is crazy about balls, especially tennis balls, which is what Megan had. Will try more tomorrow. God bless Sugar Bear and you, Roxanne!! Good distractions. Why not have Megan sit on the training table, in front of thr suitcase, and toss the ball there?
Time to lower the suitcase 1/2 the height. A yoga mat has much more stickability than a towel which moves under Sofie's feet impeding speed and confidence in being able to 'launch like ⚡️'. Lose the towel and get a yoga mat, you will need it when you go to the ground with db soon.

Sugar Bear is still in our prayers! Thanks for your feedback. I still can't find Kaitlin's yoga mat. So frustrating. Her helper must have done something with it. I will grab one at CVS tomorrow. Have to go there anyway. So, no mat for tonight. But, my high jump will be delivered tomorrow. I'm sure you will hear my husband shouting at me for purchasing it all the way from NY to UT. LOL!! N
