It rained the Friday and Saturday with terrible storms both days. Wacky weather, lightening, thunder, and hail, so today, Sunday, after lunch with my stepmother at the Abby, I worked with Sofie. Sean and Mike took her earlier for a bath at the dog store. Here we are on my back porch practicing heads up. It took only one correction I think. Hugs, Nancy
It only takes a couple of times as you see. Now, when her head drops, even to sniff, then do a "Heads UP" and see if she pops her head up on her own. If so, meaning if you don't have to do the Heads up correction, then she's learned it. Use it whenever her head drops when heeling her from now on. Also, the "Heads UP" command is excellent for great photos-:)
She is SURELY convinced this is all a setup. Which it is. And she got it didn't she?
