got kaitlin's aide to drive us to the field today. sean filmed. kaitlin carried cones. ashley and kaitlin carried the k-9's. we did 10 yards 30 yards and 40 here. she did very well. it was ok for me. have to be very careful as the wrong move hurts a lot and i dont want to displace my bone. have a wonderful thanksgiving!!!!! nancy
Love the cones as markers for distance! What a GRAND idea👏 and I like that you circle Sofie as a way to 'ground and stabalize' her. Will use BOTH of those training approaches for future stud5!

Excellent work and I can see you are moving oh so carefully. Praise God this happened now, at Week 8, 👍when Sofie is nearly finished with the FOUNDATION Course and that this didn't happen like on Week 2.🤦♀️
thanks! yes!!!! was cold wednesday. wanted to get out there today but my arm is actually more sore bruised and swollen and it was freezing rain today!!
